Initial Consultation
We'll visit your space, assess the subfloor condition, discuss your style preferences and budget, and provide a detailed estimate — all at no cost.
Preparation
Before installation, your room should be cleared of all furniture and personal items. We'll handle any necessary subfloor preparation including leveling and moisture testing.
Acclimation
Your new flooring will need 3-5 days to acclimate to your home's temperature and humidity levels. We'll deliver the materials ahead of schedule to allow for this.
Installation
Our professional team will install your flooring with meticulous attention to detail. Most rooms can be completed in 1-2 days. We maintain a clean work environment and protect surrounding areas.
Finishing
If you've chosen unfinished flooring, sanding and finishing takes an additional 2-3 days. Each coat needs time to dry between applications. We typically apply 3-4 coats for maximum durability.
Final Walk-Through
We'll do a thorough inspection with you to ensure everything meets our high standards and your expectations. We stand behind every installation.
